Icon5 EGR Passages

I am getting the EGR flow code. I have removed the upper intake and have cleaned that port and have replaced the EGR valve, I have tried decarbonizing the engine with water and Seafoam but am still getting the code. I suspect it is the port from the head being the problem. Any way of cleaning this without removing the intake manifold?

I'm assuming v6? dumb question but when you removed the plenum did you make sure the gasket wasn't flipped backwards. I've had one with the same issue and when I removed the plenum I found the gasket flipped blocking one of the ports
