Default 95 Prelude Seat belt safety indicator

Can anyone with a prelude confirm if the seat belt light indicator is only for the driver seat belt. My light won’t turn off and my manual only shows the driver’s seat belt being part of the circuit, I want to make sure I didn’t miss anything before tearing things apart.

thanks in advance.

Since noone confirmed , I just went ahead and started testing the seat belt connector and it is working as it should, I am starting to think it is related to the Integrated Control Unit. Bought one on Ebay, will see if makes a difference.

Looking at the circuit diagram, the purpose of the Integrated Control Unit (ICU) with the seat belt reminder is to sound the beeper if it gets a ground signal from an open driver's seat belt switch. Unless the ICU was faulty (e.g., short) the ICU shouldn't send a ground to the dash indicator lamp.

Have you tried unplugging the connector to the ICU to see if the dash indicator light goes off?

Also have you tried unplugging the driver's seat belt switch and see if the dash indicator light goes off?
