im thinking about purchasing a eg hatch and doing an h22 swap. I found a hatch for 2,000 dollars. its a cx with a 160 k miles. Do you think as long as i go through with the swap the body mileage does not matter?...the body also does not have rust or anything and is also stock.

as long as everything looks ok its a fair guess to say you'll be fine, but there are parts of cars not included inthe swap that can go bad with milage.
brake lines
master cylnders
relays
bushings
the list goes on.

 

but those are minor things? am i correct? because i was thinking about doing a gsr front and rear break swap as well.

 

$2000 for a cx - sounds good to me.
Just make sure it hasn't been in a major accident or anything. Do a carfax.
Offer him $1500, see what he says.
