Currently in the process of installing A/C in my 1995 eg. (did not have a/c from factory)
I pretty much got everything except the case evaportor under the passenger dash / behind glove box.

Now the upper case 80201-SR3-A10 is still available but not the lower case 80202-SR3-A00.
And both the upper and lower insulator are not available anymore...
80205-SR3-A00 upper and 80206-SR3-A00 lower.

I have been told that although not the same part # it does it... which i doubt...

Anybody tried this for a fact ? thanks

 

I recommend a 99-00 civic evaporator box used on eBay. Has a more modern evaporator, as well as a place to add the 99-00 CRV cabin filter and tray. You will need to use 92-95 thermostat switch though.

I recently put one in 1994 CX.

 

BTW these parts see very little action under the dashboard. Used plastic housings look brand new once you disassemble, clean and replace the foam......which you will still have to do with New-old-stock ones as seen on a recent episode of AHC-Garage.

 

The Styrofoam insulation inside the box is no longer available new.

 

Cool will take a look on ebay, worst case ill find used local from a 99-00 !!
