This is my first build with that being said I just perches this chipped p28 ecu with plans of sending it to get refurbished and to get a base map for my set up . but as I was looking online I noticed that my ecu had this extra chip with part number s1000760 that other ecus I seen online/YouTube didn’t have . I tried looking up the part number and nothing similar comes up any help would be greatly appreciated
What you have there is an early Hondata S100 system... which requires the use of RomEditor4 software to utilize it... and very few dealers still offer this type of tuning. I suggest you "Upgrade" your S100 system to the current S300 system and then you can properly tune the engine. Go to the Hondata website, click on "Manuals and Forms" and then click on the "Upgrade S100/S200 to S300" form to see the process. You will need to contact an Authorized Dealer to complete this transaction.

I know this is an old thread but I'm in this situation, I purchased a barn find and know the P28 has to be chipped but I have no idea either. Which dealer did you contact? Was it a good experience? If so, ill call them up for assistance too. Thanks.
