D16Y8 Automatic Transmission Swap Won’t Start When Hot
I replaced the B4RA auto transmission on my 2000 civic after first gear started to slip. The car starts up a little funky when it cold and the idle rpm is about 600, it used to be ~750 before the swap and it started right up always no issues. The test drive went fine, transmission goes through all gears, no CEL or flashing D4 light but after the car gets warm and turned off it won’t start back up again, crank feels weak but seems enough to get it going. It doesn’t throw any codes. Could it be one of the sensors on the replacement transmission?
