I’m currently swapping a Jdm k20a base (silver top) into my usdm civic si. I’m using the wiring harness from the original k20a3 so I’m having to swap a lot of parts from the k20a3 to the jdm motor (I.e intake and exhaust manifolds, vtec solenoid, upper coolant neck)
Do I need to swap my water pump/ housing and thermostat/ housing from the a3 to the jdm engine? Or can I keep the water pump assembly on the jdm engine?
The water pump housings appears to be identical, but the jdm thermostat/ housing is marked “PLH” while the a3 housing is marked “PLM”
are these the same parts or are they different?
