My girlfriends 96 ex accord was stolen and we got it back the ignition was ripped out and the battery gone but they plugged jumper cables on the terminals and routed them into the cabin from the passenger door to plug into an old dirty truck battery.

Now i replaced the ignition and battery its showing anti theft light on the radio and i cant reset it anymore they threw out the code we had to reset that. Its windows are down and with power the car only has lights able to turn on i cant roll up or down the windows and the sunroof is cracked open. Nothing on the cluster pops up and the radio wont turn on either is there a way i can get this running again myself?

 

Have you check all the fuses?
