Post Engine shut off after banging the dash

Hello, I was out for a drive with my Civic EJ9 -98, when the interior started to rattle, mainly the dashboard. To fix this I usually smack the dashboard which gets rid of the sound temporarily, while doing this today to the passenger side, the car died on me completely and threw a check engine light. I've gone through and checked the fuses and they seem fine, troubleshot the relay, and it's fine, but it doesn't get any power when I turn the key, no click sound and the fuel pump doesn't start up either.

I also tried just filling the intake with some "motor starter spray" to check that the ignition was working, however, it didn't start either. So from what I can gather, the car turns over fine but for some reason, the main relay isn't getting power, and it doesn't seem to have spark either.

I've scrolled through previous threads talking about the "ACG fuse" which I can't find in or around the under-dash fusebox. Also, that the ground at the thermostat could be bad which I've checked and it's fine.

Could this somehow be connected to that I smacked it, maybe the car thinks it was in a crash and shut off power to the important parts? Or it thinks it's stolen or something like that? Something to do with the immobilizer? Or something else I've missed completely
Thanks in advance

You did not troubleshoot the main relay correctly.

followed this guide, https://imgur.com/Oh7BncL and everything checked out

also tried with the main relay from a working civic, with no change, (that relay also passed the troubleshooting)
