Default New to Hondas in a 93 Del Sol

In highschool I always wanted a Honda del sol. Things never aligned and after awhile I forgot about it. In passing I’ve seen them around and was reminded I wanted one. Finally forever later I was looking for a new play car/daily driver and came across a little bit of a basket case with no rust. Starts, runs and drives but needs alot of mechanical love.

I will need help on getting this thing back up to snuff but in a position that I can afford to do this car right.

end goal is daily driver/ run what you bring class autox car. Just want to build it to make me happy. No rules just make it nice.

if anyone can point me to the correct year covic auto to manual swap and d15 to d16z6 swap threads that would be great help. Car was auto s model. Now has d16z6 and manual trans. Speedo doesn’t work, figure I will have to go through every piece that needs to happen during a swap and start there.
