Default 2018 Civic EX-T touchscreen issue

The screen on my 2018 Civic EX-T started looking like this (below) a couple weeks ago. It still works technically, in the sense that the buttons are responsive and will beep when I press on things. But yeah, you can't see anything at all.

I've tried removing and putting back the 19 fuse in the fuse box. I've also tried taking out the whole radio and making sure the connections arent loose (note: I couldnt get to *everything* so I may have missed something).

A couple of things to note:

- Weirdly, the screen will start appearing mostly normal on occasion. Aside from a bit of haziness, it's totally visible and functional.
- Two weeks before this issue started, I had to drop a small fortune to get my evaporator fixed at a Honda dealership. From what I understand, that fix required them to remove the entire dash. Could it be possible that something got dislodged?

Taking all that into account, does anyone have recommendations? Much appreciated.

Try to reboot the radio, if no success then take it back to dealer and tell them the radio does not work after the recent repair done. They should fix the issue.
