Wobbly timing belt
So i just bought this 2000 honda civic with a b18 swap. Didnt notice until a few days later that my timing belt seems to be shakin a bit. I had someone tell me that some play is normal on these engines, but idk if thats considered some. Rly would hate to have to do a timing job on this vcar, let me know what you guys think, i left a video to explain how much “shake” there is on this belt
I see no video.
You may need to investigate further by looking at the crank timing gear, water pump, tensioner pulley etc. Only looking at the cam gear isn't going to give you much information other than the timing belt travelling.
