Default 1991 civic si starting issue

When I park my car in the garage 2 1/2 years ago it drove fine. I recently pulled it out drain the old gas. It’s got a sohc zc with 5 speed. The problem is I’ll turn it over fires up and dies. It will do this multiple times but if I floor the gas pedal it will fire up run and idle drives great. As long as it’s warmed up it’s easier to start. I put a new fuel filter in it. It’s alway been a healthy well took car of car but sitting for that long did something what do you think it is?

Pull the IACV and test and clean it.
