Hey, i have a 2001 accord with an F20B6. The body of the car is rusty beyond saving & has many other problems, but the engine is in good shape. I'm wondering how difficult would it be to buy some 1,8l accord of the same generation & swap the 2l engine into it? is it even a good idea? how much would it cost? thanks in advance for any input!

 

It is SUPER easy to do, everything will bolt right in and fit perfectly. Just remember you woll need the F20B6 ecu for it to work properly instead of the F18 ecu that will come with the donor car.

How much it would cost would depend on if you are doing the work yourself or having to pay someone to do it
