Hey guys I have seen trying to find a good used heater core for my sons car with no luck. Does anyone know if there is a compatible one from another Honda I can make work? Thanks for any information you can supply. It is greatly appreciated

 

You may be able to have the original repaired by a radiator repair shop if you still have it and the damage isn't too bad. If you're in a pinch and just need the vehicle operable immediately you can simply loop or cap off the heater hoses at the engine.

The guy I purchased the car from earlier this year had the lines capped. It’s about to get cold where I’m at so I have to get this thing fixed. I’m probably going the route of pulling it and taking it to see if it can be fixed. Already had one shop tell me they won’t touch it.
