2023 Honda Inaugural Meet @ Honda HQ Torrance, CA - 56K/3G/4GLTE GO AWAY
What up y'all-
Saw this meet being promoted on IG and I definitely had to go. I believe this is the first inaugural meet that was held at the Honda headquarters in Torrance. It's supposed to happen on the 3rd Saturday of every other month, so next one should be on December 16th.
I was invited by a buddy of mine to join him and an S2000 group that later on would caravan over to the meet (shout-out 7Leaves and SFAM). It felt like back in the day, circa 2008~ meeting up at Super Autobacs in Stanton, CA and then doing a caravan over to the Eibach meet to Corona, CA.
I had just moved back down from Oregon recently, so going to something like this in SoCal was nice to experience again.
There was quite a bit of traffic to get inside, but didn't take too long to roll in and park. There were two parking lots, one for display and the other for general parking, both had awesome cars to browse through. Especially inside the collection hall itself, seeing cars like the Realtime Integra really reignited the feeling of inspiration and passion I had for Hondas. I remember watching Peter Cunningham killing it with the Integra on the Speedvision network and loving every second of it, so seeing the Integra there brought back some memories.
I tried taking some good angles and such, but the foot traffic was kind of hard to get a good clean angle. I hope y'all enjoy this lol, just trying to keep the spirit of APC alive.
Here's some pics starting off at the 7Leaves lot-
