I've verified the relay is good for ac compressor and when i press the ac button the condensor fan turns on and the pressure switch is good and there is continuity between the 2 points on the sensor i tried grounding p2 wire on the pressure sensor nothing if i jump the realy i get the cold ac

 

Try sending 12V directly to the compressor clutch - does it lock up? If not, you probably have a bad clutch. It's easier to just replace the entire compressor than it is to replace just the compressor clutch.

 

I can get the compressor to work by jumping the relay the ac blows cold and the relay is good
when I jump the wire on the ac presure switch to a free air ground the fan kicks on but no clutch
