Default P28 ecu

Okay so I got a 93 civic with stock y8 that I can not get to start off a chipped p28. The car will start and run fine with a stock p28 but will not start with chipped p28. The fuel pump primes up and the cel will come on and go off but won’t start. The chipped p28 will start and run other cars fine but not mine

It'll likely need to be tuned for your specific car. Often the main offenders are incorrect fuel injector sizing and/or incorrect MAP sensor scaling. You could rule out the ECU being bad by cutting J1 inside and seeing if it will run then. Cutting J1 will revert the ECU back to stock and not look at the tune loaded on the chip.
