Default OBD2B to OBD1 conversion issues (chipped p75 ECU)

Hey everyone, I recently tried to convert my 1998 Honda CRV (manual transmission) over to obd 1 but I'm having no luck. The CRV won't start at all (no fuel pump Prime and CEL on during cranking of engine. I've looked through the forms for possible causes and I'm worried that I might have a bad ECU but I don't have a second good ECU to test it so I'm not sure yet. I'm just wondering what other possible causes it might be. Am I simply missing something? I have the obd2b conversion harness and a chipped ECU. Any help would be great 👍

The CRV is obd2b (I confirmed the ecu number and the harness plugin spots)

Could be a bad conversion harness or bad ecu. Get pictures of the inside.
