700hp B18 smoking. Refresh needed???
Hi, new to Honda. Got a 98 b18c1 fully built. 700whp Few years olds. Started smoking on start up Drove it for an hour and burnt 2 quarts of oil. Some are saying just do valve & piston job and some are saying do a full refresh. Big price difference between the two. Want to know others thoughts??
