that is not soundin good (i can't type) My 1995 Civic DX is making a strange noise all of a sudden now that it is cold here. It makes like a chuttering sound when I first start it up and it is noticeable when i touch the gas until it gets warmed up, then it goes away. I am basically clueless on what it could be thanks for any help....

has it been parked for a while? my engine does that when i dont drive it for a week. Other than that, check all your fuel lines and see if your engine is throwing any codes

 

i have a 96 Dx, and it did the same thing, try adjusting the valves, that took care of mine, hope this helps....
