Default Having problems with no crank. Not sure if its the starter battery or something else

So my Honda with a B Series swap refuses to crank at all unless I attach a battery jumper and increase the cranking amps on the jumper using there "boost" function.
All I hear is a single click and then nothing when trying to start normally.

I really want this thing to crank on its own, but I'm not sure what the problem is, and what else I can do to further check for the potential issue.
Here is what I've done so far.
  1. I took the starter to the local auto parts store, and had it checked. They cranked the starter multiple times in there "apparatus" and they said it looked good
  2. I had the battery tested by the same store and they said the battery had 577 cranking amps I also took it to another store after I conditioned and charged the battery manually and they said it had 600 cranking amps.
  3. I checked the main grounds with a multi meter and those seemed good.
  4. I tested voltage at the starter(not trying to crank) and it was at 12.88 volts
  5. I tested voltage at the battery my self and it was at 12.89 volts.
Now other than checking the relay which I kind of doubt is the issue based on the fact that I hear the starter click? I'm not sure what else I can look at and what other tests I can perform. Any help is greatly appreciated

Additional notes on my build for more context

B18 LS bottom end. GSR Head with typer cams.
B16 Transmission
12:1 Compression pistons
H Beam Rods
Hard *** clutch. Light weight fly wheel(cheap ebay stuff)

Check for corroded wiring between the battery and the starter solenoid and the starter signal wire.

Hey man, you need to measure the starter while trying to crank. You will need close to 10volts to crank.

Ok I did more testing and here are my findings.
  1. The wire that goes to the starter solenoid measures 12.4 vols while disconnected and turning the key to crank position.
  2. When I touched the starter solenoid pin to the battery positive while the key is turned to the on position. The car will crank every time.
