Default P0505

2003 Honda crv 2.4l auto 2wd
Been battling this car since no mechanic want to actually look at it

What's been replaced
Air assist valve
Iacv
Vtec pressure switch(assembly)
Vtec solenoid
Upstream o2(a/f)
Downstream o2
Spark plugs and coils
Pcv valve
Air filter
Oil and filter
Shocks and struts all around
Valve cover gasket
I have a new oil pan and gasket but I will have a shop do this

So I bought this car for my kid last March as a grad present. Car had codes for o2 sensors and idle air.
Replaced with ebay units and had issues then replaced with autozone units, those codes are gone.

Replaced iacv with cheap unit still had issues. Replaced with more expensive unit went away for a bit, but after a test drive I got a code for vtec pressure switch.

Replaced both switch assembly and vtec solenoid. That code is gone after test drive.
Car will rev to red line with no issues now.

Found tps had a broken connector, replaced and set sensor to .5vdc with valve closed and 4.5vdc with valve fully open. Did relearn for idle 4 times. Now I'm getting a pending code for p0505 while driving and a stored code after start up.
I sprayed brake cleaner around all hoses and intake connection point and no change in idle
Somethings I have noticed on my reader
Throttle % at idle is 9.5
Engine load at idle 30-40%
Ok let know what other info or clarification is needed, I'm trying to get it inspected so I can get this damn kid out of my car.
