My blend door motor works. How ever with just defrost it blows out of the dash vents along with all other settings but floor. I think by watching the multiple arms move the most forward arm controls the dash vents it never moves to the highest position. Stops one notch before that and defrost lacks from vents blowing air. Is this an issue with previous owner repairs or a simple reset kind of thing. The air from dash vents does change by volume with buttons pressed,

i did clean the evaporator and replaced the fan due to noise last year.
