Sell me..
you're in OH right? there's a decent f3 up on ebay... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...872748482&rd=1
I'm in Michigan.
Yeah, still shopping. I stopped for a couple of months because of school.. and the bug recently bit me again to start looking. I'll also have a place to finally store it at the end of the month. That was a big concern before. I would have a bike but nowhere to put it. Come december I'll have a garage.. so if you guys see any good deals and wanna help me out let me know. I appreciate it.

hey cbrman, what is involved in rebuilding the title? I was only aware of it being able to pass the state inspection and that the state allows rebuilding of salvage titles. Also, not sure if you know but if you've ridden an f2; what differences in riding position are there compared to an f3 or f4i?
im selling my cbr 600 f3,it is a 95 cbr 600 f3 with 98 fairings, all solid black, stage one jet kit,k and n filter, vance and hines pipe.real sharp bike,i have laid it down once one the left side but it was just cosmetic damage,im asking 2500 for it i paid twice that amount before the summer.has 24k on it i bought it with 22k on it.yal guys let me know what you think.thanks
f2 and f3 are identical, except for a few minor tweaks. I had an f1, f2 and an f3. Havent ridden an f4/f4i yet so i cant compare it.
As far as rebuilding a salvage title it can vary from state to state. On some types of titles (Aspt, and in some states salvage) only a certified builder can rebuild the title. Certified builders can build a frame from scratch and have it titled. I would say the best thing would be to look at the particular states laws/procedures for trying to rebuild a salvage vehicle.

Tony, would you be able to check out the bike for me? I'm very interested in this bike.
I think it is a /tad/ over priced, but not much But I really believe it is in great shape, and the guy has great feedback.. I trust him when he says how good the bike is. I think that's worth paying a little extra.
But.. maybe this weekend some time could I set something up where you could go check it out? I would
you forever.

Yay!
I talked to him on the phone and we agreed on $4000. I "bought it now" for him at $4200 just to end the auction. He didnt want to just cancel it on the 6 people who already bid.
I'm giving him a deposit soon.. and I'm going to pick it up after this semester is over. He's in PA, I'm in MI.. little bit of a road trip, I need to figure out how to ge it back.
Tony, I'm still hoping you could go look at the bike to make sure it is what he says it is, which I think it is. (That made sense..) and if you can't, I'll try to solicit some other people off of Sportsbikes or something.
