Default VTEC solenoid and VTEC oil pressure switch not getting power from the ecu

Good day people, let me get straight to the topic. My car is running with a P30 OBD1 ECU. My car has VTEC running just fine before I top overhauled my b16a and after the overhaul the VTEC is not engaging anymore. I致e check my VTEC solenoid it runs and click just fine when I put 12v checking it so I ruled out solenoid problem and start checking the wiring harness. I found that I知 not getting any power at both VTEC solenoid socket and VTEC oil pressure switch socket. So I stripped the wire a little off right in front of the A4 and D6 pin from my ECU and used a multimeter to test it and still I知 not getting any power from both wire, I have my ignition on of course and even ran a test light on both the A4 and D6 wire to test does it light up when I reach 5500RPM and still nada. Does any body know what seems to be the problem here or have occurred this problem before? Do I have a bad ECU or am I missing something here? Will the mechanical part cause the problem that I知 facing?

Oh I forgot something, I致e check the inside of my ECU before and I found two resistor and it痴 R87 and R88 has been fried but I致e replace it but does it have anything to do with my problem here tho? This is the old pic before I fixed it. I致e done my research searching the color arrangement online and I知 pretty sure I got it right and it has electricity passing thru so I should have no problem.

VTEC doesn't engage when the vehicle is sitting still... you will need vehicle speed at the same time as you rev the engine to 5500 RPM. Second, OBD-1 ECU's are reaching a stage in their operational lives where circuit pathway failures are all too common. Your ECU damage could be related to your cylinder head swap... but it is also entirely possible that it was simply coincidental. Try another "known good" ECU and see if all is well.

Aye brother, i did test it via test light while I was on the road of course but still I知 not getting any power from both pins tho. That痴 the part I知 afraid of cuz in my country finding or buying one of those ECU is quite a hard part for me but that値l be a way too, I値l see what I can do. Will there be any problems that値l cause this situation?
