Default I'm very Happy to join today.

I've been using this site for years without joining. I always find the solution here.
My name is Sandy, Im the second owner of a 1990 CRX Si it's all original including the optional Louvers. The original owner had it stored in a carport on his property in the local hills here for years. He did start it and drive it a few miles every few miles. The timing belt was replaced about 25-30,000 miles ago. It's Y49 Yellow exterior color.
my current mileage is 267,900 !! It runs great. After getting car I found 4 18x5 Enkei made for Honda wheels at a local pick n pull yard. They were on a wrecked DelSol with locking lugs and bright orange paint all over them. I got them for $25. ea. And cleaned them up bought new tires and have been rolling great for almost 4 years now. I need tires now, I have 205/50/15 and they are proper!!
Im shopping for tires now and find that no one stocks this size. If I have to wait, then I figure I'll order them online cheaper for a better tire. As a female it doesn't seem to go over very well with shops around here.
I really just want to find a place or group/club that I can get help with upgrading this Baby. Without hacking it, I just want to upgrade suspension, and do an effective tune up, without paying $175. Hr. Labor
Seriously, I'm here in the SF Bay Area and its ridiculously expensive for everything.
Not many shops around me any longer, mostly in San Jose, where I know no one . I want to be able to throw out some ideas, without getting discounted.
Well, reason for joining here.
I need a basic tune up, new tires, and some ideas on suspension. I had front Axel replaced. I wanted to buy a kit to do all of it. I was talked out of it. ???
I kinda think a quality kit will get it done.
After all the motor is strong and service. I'm thinking all these miles are worn on the other key areas of car.
Well that's enough to get me started.
All advice welcomed!

Wheels are stamped Enkei Honda. I can't seem to find what model Honda they're from. I got them off a wrecked DelSol. I used a file to correct the curb rash on two of them. Came out just fine. Took a little time to do it. I found that it pays off to be patient and think the project out completely before jumping in.

I have some rust spots on sun roof edge. Need to figure out how to handle it it's growing around the edges only.

I refurbished the Louvers. OEM Aluminum (heavy), wanted the ABS look. So I wet sanded, sprayed matte black, and repeated process 3x then I sprayed final with Flexi Seal Black. Holding up great.
