Default Is there a difference between left and right front sway bar brackets?

I have 00integra type r 24mm front sway bar on my 95 civic ex. What's the part number for front driver sway bar bracket. I can't find it , i can only find one part number so I assumed there's no difference, but the part I received says F R on it.
part number was 51308-S10-010. It also seemed too small

that's the right part, and yes it's used on both sides. It does seem small, till you install it, then you can see that it does it's job (to hold 51306-ST7-Z01) with no waste.
