What MTF do y'all recommend for my stock civic?

What MTF do y'all recommend for my stock civic?
People are recommending AC delco synchromesh friction modified, but i don't know what exact grade I should run for my transmission to run best.
Anyone have any other brands they'd recommend? I have read mixed reviews about hondas **** fluid MTF

My first fluid change many years ago I did Amsoil synchromesh, it worked great but didn't really notice any difference in shifting and early this year I did my second oil change and went to OEM honda MTF and it works great as well but again didn't notice much difference in shifting so in my experience it doesn't really matter. I'm coming to the philosophy that I trust Honda engineers on what fluid and parts to use unless I have a very good reason to think something else is superior.
