Front of Car raised up, moving front driver wheel makes sound
I have the front of the car jacked up and i pull on the drivers side wheel and it goes tick. The passenger side doesn't.
Carefully watch videos, i can get it to make the noise with hands at 12 and 6 on wheel or 3 and 9 o'clock on wheel.
The inner and outer tie rods are new. The axle boot is torn but they're not clicking yet.
what is the source of the noise?

double check all the bolts are tight, also take a close look at the upper control arms, a lot of times the rear bushings blow out and can make a clunk like that
I would remove the wheel and wiggle individual suspension parts to see if you can isolate it. If you can't find any worn bushings or lose bolts then it could be your wheel bearing, if it's out the wheel will wiggle a bit in and out when you pull on it like you were in the video.
