Default 2004 Accord lx coupe Clicking inside the trans close to diff

So i have had this car for a min and it now has 260,000 Miles on her. I have now had really any issues with it other then this clicking sound i hear when going from D to R, or R to D... Honestly it could be nothing, but i drives me nuts. I have driven Honda for a bit over 10 years now and do not like shops. Do all the work myself. Think this is my 4th honda car and i also have a SuperHawk.. I love Honda!! But anyways this clicking i thought was a CV axle so i replaced both and center shaft. I did notice the CV axles had some play in the trans (Up, down, left and right) i have done dozens of CV axles in my day and this seemed odd.. Noise is still there. So i go all out and replace everything! Both lower & uper control arms, both bearings, brake pads, all tie rods and ball joints.. Some of it was needed. A bearing was bad, One of the lower control arms and one of the uppers were bad. I put Moog on all of them. But this clicking was still there. So i had a really good friend ( A diesel mechanic at Frito-Lay) of mine come over while i had it in the air. So i can shift it back and forth while he was under the car and he said what i thought. It was coming from the diff area.. So i grabbed a used trans. It was from a 2007. Only difference i noticed was the wiring harness was different. But i grabbed the wiring from the new one. Thinking a newer one might not have the same issue. The First one was junk and they gave me another. This new one seemed ok, for about 50,000 Mi. Now it seems like this one is having the same issue. Well i like taking things apart and i kept the old one to disassemble it at a later time. I had taken my 99 Accord MT apart before and was up for the challenge. This is my first AT i have taken apart. BTW it is a BCLA trans. It was interesting taking it apart because i could not find any videos of this trans being disassembled. Every one else seems to have the BAYA or the MCLA. Still not many issues. Nothing i can't fix. One if the needle bearings is missing a bearing, messed up some of the wiring on two of the solenoids ( being a dumb dumb) and broke a bolt in the case. Already drilled it out and put new threads in. Anyways once i got to the diff and took it out i noticed the race on the bottom was not loose, but i had been rolling inside the case. ( think i got that also taken care of with a punch in the case. Not moving anymore.) So i start to take the diff apart. Then i noticed some play in the diff gears. Took the pin out to inspect and nothing super odd other then the play in the gears.. Gears seems ok. ( but not a pro) I could feel play in the side and pinon gears. Made sense why i could feel play in the CV axles. I guess my question is how much play is normal? And are there any way of adjusting them. I was looking into a LSD. But replacing the hole diff with a real LSD is about what i paid for the hole car. Also could one of those (LSD blocks with springs) fix the play? Sorry about the long post, but i am going in circles looking it up online. I could see other people post about the same problem. But no one that went as far as i did into the diff.. But thank ahead of time for reading all of this and any opinions anyone might have. I can also take any pictures that anyone would like.
