Default High fuel pressure but not sure if that's the problem

Hey guys, I need some help I'm stumped. I got a 99 honda civic with a d16y7 my car was throwing a random misfire code, running rich (p0172) and a bank 1 02 sensor code. I replaced spark plugs and 02 sensor. Now I'm just getting codes p0172 and p0170. The fuel system pressure wasn't staying while car was off and parked so I changed the fuel pressure regulator. The car now holds the pressure but it's still giving me the same codes. The symptoms I'm getting are significant power loss, the car will not accelerate over 4000rpm in any gear, I can barely hit 100km on the high way and I seem to have more power when I have the throttle between no throttle and full throttle. My fuel pressure is at 42psi when idling at operating temp. I haven't tested anything else but the fuel system could it be ignition????? Crank position sensor??? dk I need some suggestions
