Default Honda Civic 03 D17A1 to D17A2 question

I had accidentally bought a D17A2 engine (motor and transmission) from junkyard, I had assumed it was non VTEC because it didnt have a sunroof. When I got home thats when I realized it was a vtec engine. After doing some research I found the ECU diagram:

My question is do I have to change the headers and the catalytic converter or can I just change oxygen sensors to wideband since thats what the ecm reads? I assume the pins for the secondary oxygen sensor has to be changed to the vtec secondary oxygen sensor based on the ecu diagram.

If I have to change headers and catalytic converter, i probably just rebuild the motor.
