Default 2017 Honda Civic Touring Radio Broken

Hello, I have a 2017 Honda Civic touring and having an issue where my radio displays the Honda logo then goes black. Touching the screen makes it turn red, power button turns it green and display button blue. I have tried pulling fuses and even disconnecting the battery waiting 5min hooking back up to no change. Has anyone have this issue and did you need to replace just the screen or the receiver behind it as well?

Check for software updates on the display unit but if there isn't and no luck with factory, then you will have to replace the audio unit.
