I have a 99 Civic Ex Sedan with a 1.5L JDM D15B Vtec that won’t start got it off a trade and it’s my first car so I’m definitely new to working on cars especially my own now it has a new “head gasket, Valve cover gasket, starter, intake, battery, spark plugs and alternator” when you put the key in the ignition you have to jiggle it back and fourth between 2 and 3 for it to even try to crank it’ll crank but doesn’t wanna start at all I’m honestly stuck on what to do I was thinking maybe there’s an issue between the fuel pump and the fuel injectors any ideas on anything I could try or do?
