So I have a 98 Honda Civic LX 4 Cylinder 4-Speed and my speedometer recently started jumping around and when it does the engine seems to kinda stutter/lose a little power. Usually it works itself out after I’ve driven it about 15 minutes but it does seem to be getting worse. Has anyone ever ran into this kinda problem before?
