Trying to do a swap on the cheap. Whats the best way use to the engine/trans, under hood harness, and ecu out of my 2000 Si in an eg Civic. Jumper harness? All info appreciated.

That will NOT be the way. You will need to use your existing engine harness, modify it to fit the engine (use plugs from the 2000 Si engine harness if you need to add anything), and then either find a '94-95 Del Sol DOHC VTEC (P30) ECU or convert a Civic ECU to run the B16A2 properly... either by chip or tunable engine management (like a Hondata S300). You will have to decide what "cheap" means to you. You will also need to deal with the driver's side engine bracket... you didn't specify what year and trim level your "EG" is, so there are a few different possibilities as to how you deal with it. You will also need a rear "T" bracket and upper transmission mount from a '94-01 Integra manual car.
You WILL use the shift linkage and axles from the 2000 Si.
