Default Excessive negative toe after alignment

Hello I have a 92 civic and when I first bought it I replaced the manual r&p and had the car aligned, and come to find out everytime the car hits a bump it would have bump steer, I noticed the toe was really negative so I assumed it just wasn’t correct. The car has had 3 alignments, 2 by a performance shop, and 1 by a custom alignment shop, and the same issue happens everytime, does anyone know what the issue could be? It has a new manual rack and new tie rods.

Hrmm. Having done plenty of alignments in the past few years...I would recommend checking your ball joints for excessive play. If the ball joints all check out you might want to break the loaded suspension fasteners (the ones that are attached to any bushings) loose and retorque the suspension properly (under standard ride height and normal load, no lifting that vehicle to get under it.). Then have a complimentary align check (techs hate this, but better that you get a proper idea of what the aligner sees) done to see if your toe is indeed off. This is, of course, assuming that the new rack is properly clamped, the tie rods, inner AND outer, are properly adjusted and locked and that all of your suspension bushings are in good shape.
