Was starting fine till I think I might of over filled it. Cranks but fuel pump not coming on and relay not clicking. Jumping 1 and 7 on the relay connector does turn the fuel pump on but 5 and 7 didnt turn my fuel pump on with the key turned. Is this leading more towards and ignition switch or ecu? And what's some more simple enough test to help narrow it down. I bought a new relay, nothing. No fuses are blown. Someone auto to manual swapped it and the mechanic said they just had a trans wire bypassed and back into itself so someone's handy work. Cel is on but with pins jumped it won't flash. All grounds in the engine bay look eh.
