Hey all, new car owner also new to working on engines. I’m inexperienced but here’s everything going on with my vehicle.

things to know
​​​​​​-200k miles on engine block and body 100k on transmission
- Dual point PGM-FI programmed fuel injection
-automatic
-shifts Nicely (besides first and second)
-had the engine rebuilt
-added cold air intake (original was destroyed)
-changed the plugs oil…ect
-ac stopped working a while ago
-just fixed transmissions solenoid wiring, + o2 sensor wiring
-cleaned map sensor with electrical contact cleaner
-ecu blinks 12 times consecutively.

While driving from 20mph to about 30mph the engine will shake as if it’s missing a motor mount (it’s not) and shift horribly, after I get over that speed it can handle 35-40-50-90mph smoothly with no issues.

I’m trying to figure out what I can do to get rid of the code the ecu is blinking to see if that fixes my cars issues.

it Says number 1 primary fuel injector but I simply don’t know how to go about this issue where should I start.

I also don’t know the location of the fuel injector they aren’t on a fuel rail like other cars I’ve worked on




Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

edit forgot to mention my gas tank lid release’s pressure when I take it off so something may be going on with my evap too
