Default I just put a 2001 LX 5 speed on the road and there's a few issues

I've replaced the passenger side axle and the driver's side wheel bearing, and new brakes.

There is still a fast paced clicking sound coming from the car and I can't figure out what it is. It's pretty loud. Is it the input shaft bearing failing?

Also, my cruise doesn't work. Where should I start with this? I already replaced the clock spring.

Rubber nubs on the clutch and brake pedal that interface with the pedal position switches would be my first check for the cruise control.
