Cant chip the OBD2 ECUs as mentioned
your options would be
1, Swap to an OBD1 ecu and chip that ($ - $$$ depending which)
2 Add a piggyback system to your obd2 ($-$$ depending which)
3. Get a full standalone ECU system and tune that ($$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$)
For all of the above, you will need to use a wideband o2 sensor to tune the car, preferably on a dyno but if not, on a road tune
