I have a 96 Honda Accord LX that the turn signals stopped working on. When you flip the lever nothing happens, the hazard lights work fine and blink as they should. The bulbs are ok and I checked the fuses and they seemed ok.

The car has been sitting for a few months and prior to that everything worked fine.

I also tried to changing the relay and it didn't help. I'm not sure exactly what's going on and thought someone here might be able to point me in the right direction on what to do and how to fix it.
