because it is at best a means to make a not-fast car slower.

You are welcome to try, but being a bad idea there are no off-the-shelf solutions for mounts, axles, shift linkage or power steering (bracket). this will be a massive project.

If your time is worth very little and you have the engineering and fabrication skills rarely found in posters of uninformed/ill-informed swap questions then I think you should go for it.

well it won’t necessarily be slower it has the same hp and a lil more torque plus a vtec head it’s more just getting it in because my stock f series is blowing itself up and I can fabricate parts if needed

... and what will you do about mating the block to the transmission ? The midshaft is not interchangeable, so this will create new difficulties as well. You didn't mention what VTEC cylinder head you would be using, but a B20VTEC engine will likely make more HP than your original engine but way LESS torque... a B20Z is only rated at 128 ft/lbs whereas the F23 was rated at 152 ft/lbs.

I am totally on board with you if the reason you are doing this swap is to be different and blaze a path into the world of unique. As for being a good idea... nah. The performance will be disappointing and you will have spent a HUGE amount of time, and money, trying to make this work. If you have an automatic transmission, I am not sure how you intend to TUNE the engine... and the stock ECU will never work.

Might I suggest you sell off the "B" series stuff and purchase a H22A or JDM H23A VTEC engine... it will work with the existing components in the bay (except the drivers side bracket) and you will be much happier with the performance.
