Diagnose IMA problem
2009 honda civic hybrid
1.3l 80,000 miles
New battery 12.6 volts
IMA light on
CEL light on
Battery light on
All fuses and relays are good
I cleaned several grounds
Scanner does not read any codes
1 bar on IMA
Checked battery while running 11.8 volts
Evidently system not charging battery
How do I check the DC-DC converter to see if good?
How do I check HV battery to see if good?
What other items can I check to find issue?
