2023 Accord 174 miles pulling left under braking
I have a new 2023 Accord Hybrid Touring with 170 miles. The car that has a slight but noticeable pull to the left under braking and regen braking. I noticed it soon after picking up the car. I took it back to the dealer and they checked the alignment, made some adjustments but the problems remains.
I took the service manager for a ride and he agreed the pull was still there. He told me to drive it to 700 miles and come back in if the problem doesn't go away. He said new brakes can take time to adjust.
Is this a thing? Do brakes really need time to break in or am i getting the run around?
TIA.

There is a break in period for brakes, but in my 42 years of driving I have never experienced a pull with new brakes even if I did the brake job.
You can expedite the process by bedding in the brakes. Brake Bedding Process
If they continue to pull after bedding, I would take back to dealer and start a lemon law return as I suspect a mechanical issue is the real issue.

I have owned a Honda for 3 days, so I don't have product specific knowledge. But a malfunctioning brake piston could be sticking and binding on the rotor. It grabbing harder than the others could pull your car to that side.
If the alignment is OK, That's the next thing I would have checked.

Any update on this matter? I have a 2023 accord hybird sport L and i work for a honda dealership. I haven't heard of anyone having this issue your having.
You're getting a run around for sure. No car, with good operating brakes, should pull to the side when braking. Sounds like the left brake system is applying more pressure than the right side. I would definitely bleed the brakes and see if that fixes your problem. Air in brake system can definitely cause this issue.
