Default Shift linkage problem

I’m looking for the part number or the name of part number 16. My shift linkage keeps falling off because I don’t have this to hold it. Thank you appreciated

It's the same part number either way.

What you need is part number 54304-SK7-000. List price is $6.57. Make sure you use a short 8mm bolt so you don't knock a hole in the inside of the transmission case and allow fluid to leak out. The factory length is only 18mm under the flange head.
