Default Steering Rack / Inner tie Rod lock nut question

So I’ve recently purchased a new replacement steering rack for my 91 crx. I was able to get some moog inner tie rods as well and I went ahead and swapped out the ones that the new rack came with. Upon assembly, I realized that this rack didn’t have the notches for the lock washer that bends over the inner tie Rod nut. All it had was a washer and the inner tie rod. With that, I applied some orange thread locker to my inner tie rods and torqued them down to the spec moog calls for (54 Ft-Lbs). My question is, is that going to be suitable? I just need some second opinions. I’m debating taking it back out and switching the inner rods and rack bushing over to my oem rack. I just worry the rack and pinion itself might just be worn out on that one which is why I bought a new one.

It's a good concern, but I think you'll be fine.

What rack is this? Have you fitted it?
