Hello im a honda newbie and i could really use some help.
I have a 91 honda civic it threw timing went to the shop got a new water pump oil pump gaskets. Said come get it i get it back it wont rev past 3500 rpms i took it back when it died less then a block from the shop said it was a dizzy replaced the entire dizzy still wont rev past 3500 ecu flashes 4 times im lost and this car is all i got
