Icon5 Check engine & high idle issue in hot weather

This problem only occurs whenever I drive the car or start the car when its parked outside in the hot afternoon. The problem occurred numerous times already and it only appeared whenever the weather outside is hot.

Before I start the car the check engine wont disappear and after I start it the idle will shoot up and stay at around 2k rpm no fluctuation. It also happened while I was driving one afternoon with the warm sun outside, the check engine light suddenly appeared and the idle spiked up to 2k rpm and stayed there. There is no overheating happening whenever the problem shows up and as the weather cools off and the sun goes down, every hour the problem slowly disappears for example: If in the hot afternoon after starting the car it shows up immediately every hour that passes after starting the car again the idle is fine for 5 mins then the problem will come back again, as time progresses and the weather isn't hot anymore the problem slowly disappears. When I placed a jumper to the ecu pin to show what code the ecu throws, the check engine light does not blink it only stays on so it means that it does not show any codes.

My car has a tuned b16 with a rechipped p06 ecu. Engine harness has been replaced along with the fuel pump.
Below is a link to my video so you guys can properly see the problem that I am describing.

Sounds like it could be a vacuum leak. Check your intake manifold and make sure all your lines are connected. Those are the most common I have seen.

If you’d like, I can find you a diagram of all the vacuum lines so you can ensure they are all hooked up
